Toronto police are investigating after someone opened fire inside an east-end bar and grill.
Five people were shot at McGradies Tap & Grill on Victoria Park Avenue near Ellesemere Road around 2:30 a.m. on Sunday.
None of the injuries are life-threatening. Two people made their own way to hospital.
There’s no word yet on suspects.
“We’re assuming that there were quite a few witnesses, quite a few people who may have seen exactly what happened,” Const. Allyson Douglas-Cook told 6 NEWS.
“We’re pleading to these people, any information regardless of how small, would be extremely helpful in helping us to find out exactly what happened.”
